How we work out your time
Each room and extra task has an average time based on our own cleans across Bristol. Deeper cleans – one-off, end of tenancy and after builders – take longer per room, and so do properties that haven't been cleaned for a while.
Larger jobs are split between two or three cleaners so we're in and out faster. Your exact time and price are always confirmed before we start – no surprises.

Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No. Our cleaners bring their own professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products. We just need access to hot and cold running water.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes. Every member of staff is vetted, interviewed and DBS-checked, and trained in COSHH and Health & Safety at Work. We hold public liability and employers' liability insurance.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
Not at all. Many clients give us a key – we keep keys and your private data completely secure at all times.
