No. Our cleaners bring their own professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products. We just need access to hot and cold running water.

Yes. Every member of staff is vetted, interviewed and DBS-checked, and trained in COSHH and Health & Safety at Work. We hold public liability and employers' liability insurance.

Not at all. Many clients give us a key – we keep keys and your private data completely secure at all times.

Yes – we offer early morning, evening and weekend cleans to fit around your schedule and deadlines.

Please give at least seven days' notice by phone to rearrange or cancel a scheduled clean. To end a regular service we ask for 30 days' written notice.

A deposit may be required to secure one-off, end of tenancy and similar bookings. Domestic payments are due on the day of the clean by bank transfer or another agreed method.

Yes. Our antiviral solution is independently tested to BS EN 14476 and is safe for food preparation areas. We provide a certificate of application and safety data sheets on request.
